We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our services, send notifications about expenses and settlements, respond to your questions, and analyze usage patterns.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share it only with your consent, with group members for expense features, to comply with legal obligations, or to protect our rights and safety.
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures including encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure servers, and regular security audits.
5. Data Retention & Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account in the app, or by visiting nodue.life/delete-account. When you delete: all personal data (name, email, phone, photos, notifications, login credentials, push tokens, bug reports, receipt scans) is permanently removed, and any active subscription is cancelled. Shared financial records (expenses, debts, and settlements involving other people) are retained as anonymized entries shown as "Deleted User" — this protects your counterparties' balance history. Payment records required for tax and regulatory compliance are also retained in anonymized form for the period required by law.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access your personal information, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and personal data (see section 5), and opt out of marketing communications. Data export is available on request at info@nodue.life.
