NoDue is an expense splitting and tracking app that helps users manage shared expenses with friends, family, and groups — including adding expenses, splitting costs, tracking balances, and sending reminders.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, all activity under your account, providing accurate information, and notifying us of unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes, harass other users, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, upload malicious code, or send spam.
5. Payment & Subscriptions
NoDue offers free and paid plans. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Prices may change with notice. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.
6. Content & Data
You retain ownership of your content. By using our service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the service.
7. Privacy
Your use of NoDue is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoDue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
